In my opinion, PLZ assets are greatly undervalued, and at some point, savvy investors will step in. In the meantime, I am happy to collect monthly distributions......JMHO!

Another possible explanation are people needing to raise cash due to mortage renewal rates. Those of us that are sitting on cash , have an opportunity, to load up while the price is right.

Me too, at 8%+ div yield, AFFO yield of close to 10% in Q3, payout ratio 83%, I'll put it into part of my REIT bucket and just happy to clip the monthly dividends ... I think this is also a prime ...more
