Who do we know that had that many shares for this transaction. I think it's Newmont. Why would they sell? We have a buyer for Probe and they have the cash to pick up this large block of shares. The new buyer now has some say in an vote for a sale. Looks like Newmont is not waiting for the buyout. Why? Very low premium on the sale. Rosehill

Yup ... but it you bought after the first 10 for 1 amd waited you could have had a ton of shares around 12 to 15 cents .. The large cross??? A 78% premium to get to 3 bucks Osisko gets all of Val Dor...plus Cadillac break ... 3 for 1 shares of PRB so new company PRB precious metals has 50,000,000 shares in the float and 50 million in spin-out cash.   Or Yamana.... owns the neighbor if
