The answer is D A) no one is going to accept any price below $4.00 B) no one wants to be acquired by a company with problem assets overseas C) no one wants to be acquired by a company that doesn't pay a dividend D) all of the above - El Dorado wont be the final acquirer.

I could be way off base here, but nothing in the history of this company suggests that they are seriously considering being an actual producer. Dave and co. have been explorers who prove/de-risk projects and sell them for past 25+ years. I don't see that changing this time around.
