I heard he was getting alot of BS questions and posts on his LinkedIn page from FUDSTERS so he felt it best to take that information off his page.

Chair of the Audit Committee, Member of the Compensation Committee, Member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and Director

I must be mistaken.

There's no way the company couldn't view it as an immaterial development if he's left the company.

Can someone here please enlighten me as to whether or not he's still there?
