If that is true then he would only be getting questions from those who know that he is a director of PYR because PYR has to disclose that information. If only the company could find a way to answer genuine and pertinent questions of loyal shareholders especially those that are concerned about what is going on and things are not really happening as previously and adamantly claimed.

According to the PyroGenesis website, he plays roles as:

Chair of the Audit Committee, Member of the Compensation Committee, Member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and Director

I must be mistaken.

There's no way the company couldn't view it as an immaterial development if he's left the company.

Can someone here please enlighten me as to whether or not he's still there?
