Rio Tinto : Climate Change Report 2020 | MarketScreener   Almost halfway down under NCS offset- Energy and Minerals "develop low-emission process heat technology including the trialling of plasma torches at our iron ore business in Canada". A couple of paragraphs further down "Technologies like hydrogen or plasma torches, which can use renewable energy, may provide a pathway to replace fossil fuels for heat and steam". A couple more paragraphs down under processing center of excellence- Plasma torch applications -indurations furnaces -Ladle pre-heaters-aluminum casting furnaces. They discuss working with technology partners. I haven't read the entire document yet. Rio tinto definitely looking at multle uses for plasma torches including Induration furnaces!
