I would like to thank all the informative posters in this board for all their DD. This is my first post on Stockhouse, forgive me if my copy and paste does not look pretty.

I was curious if anyone had any comments regarding the RNG acquisition. I'm not sure if I have missed something in the past NR's, and I have not seen any discussion regarding this on any other boards.

The Company expects to announce in the next several weeks details regarding its intent to enter the Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) market via acquisition. PyroGenesis believes that it is in a unique position to take advantage of the lack of sufficient players (given anticipated demand) in the RNG marketplace by leveraging its engineering capabilities & existing relationships.

Yes, this is another potentially huge sector to be involved in, especially in this green economy. I'm not sure how this fit in with Pyro's tech, or which division this would align with. Definitely another piece of good news.

I believe that WM right now is part of PYR in general.  It has not been set up as its own division. This m&A might result in another spin off.

I was not refering to WM the company but waste Management the application area for PYR technology.  This is how rediculous rumors get started.

WM, Waste Management inc? Well a $54 billion market cap j/v partner is fine by me. If PYR's waste solution is as good as we believe, maybe they do too and wish for an advantageous partnership.

Waste management is quite a big company! If they are to work with pyr and sign an exclusive contract with them...wow! Also, remember pyr just presented in an environmental event...if wm are not in that event then they are missing their entire point as a company!

I see a lot of hypothesis about whitch big company could be interest in HPQ suply.Some one hope that tesla could be the auto manufacturer .some others sees VW or Reneaul.But now for PYRO, some others look WM to enters in sort of spin-of on the trash market.SO these big companies have CA formed with personnes qualifieds in multi sectors from any field pertinents for the decisionnals goodwill of

Arguably the best use of syn gas is to convert it to electricity on the production site there by eliminating any GH cost of transporting it.

Interestingly enough, there is a company out of Sault Ste Marie that recycles tires in a green process with microwave and a byproduct is syn gas that gives a sold plant the option of using that byproduct to power the plant if they choose to.
