Share price

Shorters are in control right now, and have been for several days. We need those warrants to expire, and we need news. Sales are what will put wind in our sails! (Gotta love the English language). Good luck all, I am holding my shares.
Comment by bcsc on Apr 13, 2021 12:28pm
No warrants will expire, they will all have been exercised. Are they not still in the money?
Comment by BIGMOE on Apr 13, 2021 12:49pm
Shre price down 40% from peak.  We need news Peter.
Comment by RealistDontalkm on Apr 13, 2021 1:03pm
Clearly your not a long term holder!! "Share price is down by 40%" when it's up by 2.5 times for the year... but okay...
Comment by BIGMOE on Apr 13, 2021 1:11pm
All the hype around the stock and Peter is creating dynesty?  All promises and no contract announcement causing the stock price decline.  I just want to make some money.
Comment by Aarman4 on Apr 13, 2021 1:18pm
Go out and work then, an investor has a time horizon of years and invests regularly, so undervalued share prices are how you make money. Anybody looking for a h buck notes than a year should run miles from the stock market. Cheers

With all respect to you Aarman4 (I really respect your view point), how do you know this is undervalued. This is a $1.4B market cap with sales of less than $20M. Since we haven't had a contract in 6 months, it will still be around $20M. What makes you say the sales are coming and this is undervalued. It is frustrated to sit here and it go down .50 everyday. The volume is higher than normal ...more

tesla, Amazon, shopify had billion evaluation without profit even have losses early on...the f u talking about??
Comment by fdfd12 on Apr 13, 2021 2:51pm
They had more than $20M in yearly revenue, that is wtf I am talking about. Just looked it up NOW!. SHOP had one quarter revenue of $45M which is over $200M assuming it was growing like crazy. There is a difference between $200M and $20M. That is wtf I am talking about. The stock was $40 then. 10 times the revenue of PYR so that means PYR should be $4 now?? I hope not
Comment by LastZaz on Apr 13, 2021 3:08pm
How are you trying to compare share price without looking at the market cap and/or outstanding shares? From what I saw, in 2015 SHOP had a market cap of close to $1.6 - $1.8 billion with revenues of U$200 million in 2015.  PYR has a backlog of revenues in the $30+ million range iirc and has paradigm shifting technology in an economic environment that is increasingly seeking environmentally ...more

SHOP is tech and so is PYR. That is the same industry. Also they have high growth reates so yes, you can compare. How are you supposed to find another plasma torch company so you can compare PYR to? Come on get real. Look what you said, SHOP market cap of $1.6B-$1.8B and revenue of $200M PYR market cap of $1.4M and revenue of $20M. If the great SHOP has a market cap nearly the same as PYR back ...more

What are you talking about? Shopify is e-commerce. Pyro is plasma technology which is mostly related to industrial usage. It's industrial tech, which is extremely niche. These are far different businesses. To broadly classify them both as tech is beyond stupid and any unbiased person knows this. You want to compare a plasma torch to an e-commerce website? What about Drosrite to e-commerce? You ...more

LastZaz, I am curious how you would value PYR at this point. I understand that there are no easy comparables, but you must have some kind of a measuring stick that you are using as a financial analyst.
Comment by LastZaz on Apr 13, 2021 4:23pm
The Loderock Research report is the best valuation of PYR I have seen thus far as it was done correctly and the best "measuring stick" I have thus far. I recommend checking it out to see what an actual valuation looks like. Given their report, they valued the share price today at $15/share which I believe is about a $2.4 billion valuation using outstanding shares of approx 160,000 ...more

revenue is not profit..look at pyrs profit in those 20mil revenue...
Comment by fdfd12 on Apr 13, 2021 9:05pm
PYR's profit is about break even. The last few quarters they have done something like .02 this Q that just past and .03 the Q before that. That is what your CEO Peter said. Now if you are talking about the help with the HPQ profit, that is not operating profit. That is not torches and drosrites. You know that when you have a $17.7M with a profit of $41M, you know that is not your company ...more

I believe you have mixed up the 2 companies in your last sentence.
Comment by therealmccoy on Apr 13, 2021 9:22pm
fdfd12 had one too many drinks with ol' bob, probably why he mixed it up.. i'm surprised fdfd12 didn't put a plug for his expert technical analysis pap/cr@p in his post either..
Comment by fdfd12 on Apr 13, 2021 9:23pm
No you are wrong. I did not. Someone asked him in an Agoracom interview what is your operating EPS and he said .02 or .03 for the Q 3. Read my copy and paste below please Q 3 2020 results reflect the following highlights: Revenues of $8,149,427, an increase of 289% from $2,097,437 over the same period in Q3 2020; Comprehensive income of $15,325,996 an increase of 16 times that ...more

Comprehensive income is $15M but operating income is $3M. If income was really $41M for the year, PYR would be at $15 right now. Anyone with any investment knowledge would know that. If the profits were that great now, why is this sinking every day? Please tell me.
Comment by Chrisgodfrey202 on Apr 13, 2021 9:54pm
PYR and HPQ are joined at the hip.  They both need each other for the future.
Comment by Chrisgodfrey202 on Apr 13, 2021 4:12pm
I agree with Lastzaz. PYR is unique.  You can only get so far comparing it too other rocket stocks, but it is not a total waste of time.

i went in on shopify at 15 dollars before they went to Nasdaq...there revenue was less than 45m...lol! They went to Nasdaq around 17-18 dollars per sp with double that of pyr's of 20mil revenue for the year..it then it went up 3 times then down by 1.5 then stayed there for about a year then hit 10times per year!! Their revenue was less than $45M per Quarter which makes it $200M per year
Comment by Chrisgodfrey202 on Apr 13, 2021 4:03pm
Amazon and shopify blead money for years but they always had increasing revenue and that is what drove the SP. there was confidence that profits would come.  PYR is profitable now but it may not stay so if it is forced to expand rapidly.  The revenue growth is the most important factor for SP at this point in its evolution.

With all due respect, I'm the one in hon here! Why? Because I know what I own, and I know my buying points! The share price is nothing more than the days price to buy in or sell out of my company, IT IS NOT REFLECTIVE OF VALUE, ONLY Price.... Education is the end of all controllable risk, and the end of all of that risk is a plan for profits...... Let the volatility continue, because I am in ...more
