RE:Something big coming
This job is particularly interesting, remember Peter stated that the iron ore companies could install the torches with their own engineers and tradesmen. Look at the role of the foreman electrical-instrumentation- "The role of the electrical foreman/instrumentation is primarily to direct electrical construction and instrumentation activities in customers' manufacturing workshops and facilities and to assist the service team during commissioning". Also "Go to the manufacturing workshops and perform the initial electrical installation", and "Go to the site for the duration of the installation and lead the local electrical teams before commissioning". This sure sounds like what Peter was saying about the installation of the plasma torches with Pyro's foreman leading the installation. Indeed Pyrogenesis Jobs, Employment | Indeed.com

I can also tell you that I have been monitoring Pyrogenesis Linked in page and several other positions have been filled recently that were never advertised.
Also great points by @ Carsonagenic The postings for Machinist and Labourer are also interesting. Hiring Project Managers, Planners, etc points to workflow that requires timelines to be set and jobs to be figured out. Where as these in-house positions point to ramping up for work that is incoming and set in a schedule. You don't hire tradesman and workers to just stand around for the chance that work might be coming in. Especially when other companies are doing Covid layoffs due to no work flow.
@ Carsonagenic These hirings and postings, as well as the new facility point to contracts upcoming more than any other indicator by far. A company doesn't do these things for no reason, it is incoming for sure and soon.
Also great digging by @ cargo Interesting on the Electrical drafter posting (2 days ago) under Responsibilities & Tasks they specifically mention Plasma torches.
"Prepare modification drawings for electrical equipment such as: motor control center, static converter for plasma torch, process equipment control cabinet"

Great point/post by @ cargo All signs point to something big coming our way, if you look at electrical engineer (also posted 2 days ago) once again it mentions plasma torches and arc furnaces:)
"Generate specifications for power supplies used to power plasma torches and arc furnaces"
