Share buy back

Didn't PYR announced that they would buy back shares last year on a one year base....
So why don't let the price drop to buy back as lower as possible

Real target ....1.40 for me....will see...anyhing under 1.75 will be a good step to look to go in

How much Money they have ?? why whould they buy back shares when they have no meaning full revenue or profit to run the company and get pays for them selfs this is done as far i can see
