A few points

1. The fact that MTG is posting on this forum and being ridiculed for it is a reflection of bashers, detractors and fud slingers, they know he is informed, relevant, factual, and even tempered, no wonder they want him off this forum.

2. Plant expansion, hiring (double capacity plus in 1 year) manufacturing equipment costs money, we are yet to see the major sales for PYR, so what do you expect but the fact that right now expenditures are greater than income.

3. If you cannot handle where the company is, and you find that you have to belittle the company and its employees/management, then why not sell, get off this board and invest elsewhere? Remember, no one is forcing you to be here, of course, if you are paid basher or shorter, then it makes sense.

Can't handle a little criticism ?...or a different point of view ?....MTG slandered me with his juvenile name calling last year...and by the way , everything I said re ; the plandemic is now proved to be true.....My predictions for Pyrogenesis are evolving as well....Preposterous as they might sound to people like MTG who called me many names the least of which was being a pumper.....Time will ...more

When I saw the nearly 8 million fail to deliver during the last week of December, I was mortified because I had obtained an education in the world of "Naked Shorting" which is nothing more than sanctioned counterfeiting. This was a full on frontal attack on this company and I EXPECTED it to be addressed by the company and it wasn't. Where as there is Wall Street experience at ...more

1. No diluation Not sure how there could be any dilution, in any way, because the company did not issue any new shares. There was no dilution. 2. PYR is immune anyway PYR is immune anyway. There is a majority shareholder. The December shenanigans did not change that one iota.  And, PYR has an excellent balance sheet and no debt, is wholly capitalized for the mission. The December ...more

A lot to do with options purchased by employees from the company, then sold to market at huge profit. Most of them from Peter. .

Yes indeed.  Great to see factual posts in the midst of this crazy misleading false FUD campaign.  Pyrogenesis has very clean balance sheet, well capitalized with huge backlog $$$ and no debt.  Strong credible reason to double the manufacturing footprint and employee count recently.  Long and strong PYROGENESIS

peoplemight not know but...PYR HAS A 50 mil credit which they can carry forward...meaning paying less in taxes!!!! Just thoughts!!!
Comment by developbc on Apr 05, 2022 3:16am
Yes indeed.  And it's actually no taxes payable on any accumulative loss carry forward offsetting any positive earnings from all those years of R&D etc.  Long and strong PYROGENESIS

Not sure if Bart10 was was responding to my post or not as the individual is on ignore but if so.. You haven't a clue as to the subject matter I spoke of.  The dilution I speak of is manufactured EXTERNALLY first of all.  If a share is never tallied at the end point a la  the transfer, it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Air shares buddy because they are indeed ...more

Stitches- I have been a shareholder for awhile and have been posting comments on this and other boards for sometime. It is and has been quite obvious to me that arguing on forums like this are a waste of time. If Steve is such a smart individual then he should have also figured that out. If he is making comments and monitoring boards like this while being paid by the shareholders of PYR then I ...more
