From Peter's comments on Q1

"we expect the backlog to race past the $50MM mark and beyond, concluded Mr. Pascali."..... Backlog fell from $41.2 million to $35.3 million.....'Hard to spin these numbers in a positive light.

Hard to spin these numbers? Revenue for the quarter was  5.8 M, backlog was 41.2, after the quarter it was 35.3 M. 35.3 + 5.8 = 41.1. Of course the number went down they filled part of the backlog.

"Of course they went down because they filled part of the backlog?" The point is that they filled it faster than they grew it. Look at the revenues and compare them to how much the backlog declined. They don't appear to have added anything to backlog at all during the quarter. The market isn't going to like it.
