So your position is a publicly traded company doesn't have to tell the shareholders who are the owners any information of what's going on... here let's see what NASDAQ says about that  "Nasdaq Disclosure Requirements   NASDAQ Stock Market Rules require that, except in unusual circumstances, a NASDAQ- listed company must make prompt disclosure

This is a great post.   Anything running contrary to news releases would be considered material, and therefor have to be press released.... I am sure there are several WONDERFUL news releases in the recent history of Pyrogenesis that have not been contradicted via a NASDAQ required press release, as that would certainly be material news.   Cheers!
