Is it possible? ... Don't know, but maybe???

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the recent very small non-brokered private placement was prospectus exempt.

So why hasn't Pyrogenesis done an offering when they're obviously running on fumes?

The fact that they just did an issue for a little more than $1 million alone provides good evidence of that.

Is it maybe because they'd have a hard time writing a prospectus?

A prospectus that would show in detail an accurate picture of the current state of the company, warts and all?

I have absolutely zero evidence to suggest this is the case, but solely as a matter of speculation, it's not outside the realm of possibility.

I can't imagine that this company can keep burning cash at the rate they have for much longer without a significant infusion.

It's not possible.

They'll have to address it sooner than later.
