This is very bad news

This makes the odds of reaching $2 again even worse 

Filoux was right in pointing out that this is an agency financing, not a bought deal

The offering is tiny, because they new they couldn't do a bigger one.

They had to attach warrants?

Coremark?

Did you see note #11, attached to the latest financials?:

Agreed. But it works, because there is enough gullible  " investors" to go along! Nothing new here. Why would they change a winning recipe? GLTA
