Wonderful One Day Return

Yesrerday Pyrogenesis closed on a private placement of $5,000,000 cosisting of one uinit of common stock and one warrant priced at $1.25 with a 2 year term. . The unit priced at $1.00..

Peter Pascali,Presedent and CEO subscrided for 2,500,000 units.

Yesrerday, PYR closed at $1.38.. That provided a 38% return for the common stock portion of the uinit. The warrant had a virtual of $0.13 but as it had a 2 year term the value would be approximately $0.50 0r another 50% for a total of 88% . Pascali made a one day gain of $2,200,000.Thats how it is done when you set the selling price and then buy in..

While you might not likr the optiics, there is little that can be done about it. Shareholders must simply "grin and bear it" as the stock is far to cheap and has tremendous upside potential  I will cotinue to hold my 90,000 shares and add to it on good news of further contracts

Those warrants are juicy IMO.  Does anyone know if they will trade?
