It has all to do with buying low and selling higher. If one thinks he is selling too low, one can buy at the same low price.

Peter selling at these prices doesn't mean he is pessimistic about Pyro. He is taking profits off the table or he loses these profits. All insiders do that. Peter never said he was a candidate for canonisation.
