The most tiny part of what PYR might do with them as noted I have never mentioned Progressive Planet in the main verticals of PYR most have their eyes on ...BUT not the first time I have sen venture companies file late..very fixable.

These are the main verticals as posted earlier longs have their eyes on: DROSRITE, TORCHES, WASTE DESTRUCTION, PUREVAP QRR/NSiR partnership , FUMED SILICA , NEXGEN 3D POWDERS ETC ETC are poised to be huge verticals for PYR as many huge industries need to be GHG compliant.  LONG and STRONG PYR!!!!!!!!!!!

If you look them up quickly you'll have noticed in late august they released this and then filed them early September.  2023 Year End Financial Results to be Filed on or Before September 1 Following Wildfire Related Disruption

Correct, except PLAN they went past September 1, 2023 and were flagged by the regulators. The regulators were doing their jobs as they are doing in the Mr. Pascali et al administrative proceedings!

They have no choice to do their job. Considering what has happened in BC this summer I can't see this taking too long to be resolved. Sometimes business has to take a back seat, those wildfires have destroyed/altered the lives of many.

As predicted?? Bmreed posted the comment at 3:40 PM after the CIRO/BCSC/OSC Halt trade, Cease trade and Suspended PLAN. I am glad Ian Grant will hold a Live Webinar tomorrow to review Fiscal 2023 financial results, etc. The regulators were doing their jobs as they are doing in the Mr. Pascali et al administrative proceedings!

You'll also notice they are out of Kamloops, a city that was being threatened by the BC wildfires recently. It all makes sense if you research it quickly and know what's going on out west.

PLAN overshot the indicated Sept. 1, 2023 date. You continue to minimize the work of the regulators. Much like you and the others minimize the work and gravity of the AMF administrative proceedings against Mr. Pascali et al including Pyrogenesis.

Nice try It is a minority of companies that face a cease trading orders for failure to file. Check out the CSA annual report. If you were really concerned about discussing it you would have brought it up on the appropriate channel and discussed it with their shareholders. I had time to look into it abit. Although the company release says Friday Sept 1 21:06 in BC that would make it Sept 2 in Ontario by 6 minutes. It will be interesting to see the results if indeed that is the reason.
