Remember the company's first mention of the AMF
February 21, 2023:
"To the Company’s knowledge, the investigation of the AMF does not involve any allegations of wrongdoing by the Company. The AMF has neither announced any proceedings nor filed any charges. The Company and its President and Chief Executive Officer will continue to cooperate, if and as requested, consistent with their practice to always cooperate with regulatory authorities. The Company and Mr. P. Peter Pascali believe that no corporate or securities laws have been breached, but cannot predict whether any enforcement action will result from the investigation."
Looks like the company believed wrong

"The Company and its President and Chief Executive Officer will continue to cooperate, if and as requested, consistent with their practice to always cooperate with regulatory authorities" Really? That's news to me. As far as I know, the company is witholding document the AMF has requested claiming attorney-client privilege.

Since your so fluent in investment law, you should head on over to your old board XeBeC. Where you recommended people buy the stock for six months and now it's halted and they lost everything. Head on over there and help them with your investment law knowledge.

Holdrrr, Xebec was suspended/halted and delisted. Xebec is FormerXebec the private company, indeed shareholders and creditors lost out. Unfortunately, a shareholders offer to acquire Xebec, which I assisted with along with my CCAA experience, did not come through to fruition with everything going piece meal. The former Xebec COO Dr. Prabhu Rao acquired much of Xebec through Ivys.

I've read your posts from the xebec board, the page and pages and pages, praising at the best company ever. And I've seen the stocks end result. The last thing anyone on this earth needs, is one word of investment advice from you.
