Bankrupt?  I doubt it, they are hiring actually.  And employ currently approx 100 people, engineers etc... Just because he sells isn't the end, he owns  75 million shares you know.  I'm pretty sure he can sell some. Shopify ceo unloaded huge amounts of shares in November, tens of millions of dollars worth.  I don't think someone selling signals bankruptcy

Just wondering to what extent folk here considered that 3P needs to participate relatively heavily in these financings to maintain majority control of the company, hence hold the hammer.  Not quite as public of a company as you would substantively imagine IMO.

Since you are building on my comment, I take it that my factual observation and question constitutes FUD.  Why don't you pump on that same fact?  What does it say about that fact if your knee jerk reaction led you to the sentiment of FUD? As I quoted from a news release a few times, 3P making a statement and emphasizing he can make that statement because he has the information from the inside that nobody has, persuaded me that several torch deals where coming within a few short months. They did not happen. So, how does that play into your opinion?  He did not have the full visibility obviously and therefore he misspoke

And let me add that way too many CEOs over promise and under deliver....especially these smaller market caps.  But I don't recall too many or any adding for emphasis that they know better than anyone else.  That seems to be a PYR thing that HPQ is somewhat emulating occassionally. Best way to shut sceptics up is to deliver results, not speeches. We continue waiting.
