Hi Tocky. Insiders have to report within 5 calendar days of making a trade. If the trust sold thousands of shares in the last couple of days, they'll want to delay reporting for obvious reasons.  They usually report quite promptly, because they're under a microscope, but they aren't non-compliant until Friday.  Nevertheless, to avoid further appearance of not being "

It's very simple. They won't want to divulge how aggressively they're selling. That should be obvious.  Just wait till they report . Probably thus evening. Or maybe not for a few more days. I'm only guessing, but I'd put my money on tonight or tomorrow evening.  They have to toe the line. They can't afford not to. They don't want to pour gasoline on

One more time...I've pointed out several times that security regulations in Canada require insiders to report their trades Within 5 Calendar Days. If the trust sold any shares on Monday, they'll have to report it by tomorrow At The Latest. Would anyone care to guess how many shares the trust sold this week? I'll go with at least 20% of the volume this week. At Least.

20% of the weeks total volume would put the trust's sales this week at around 97,000 shares. They haven't filed anything yet, but when they do, I think they will have sold over 100k.
