Pyro is steadily approaching 2 or 3 Shifts -- let's just call it 24x7 Operations ! . IMO by Fall !

How can you possibly conclude that without a shred of evidence.  If a single job posting leads you to the conclusion that the company is moving towards a 24/7 operation, your hypothesis is beyond tenuous.
