It is Boeing. They were using some University to test the sample of the 3D powder from Pyro.

not only are they looking for a certain SPD ,they want,or at least we're testing a blend of different SPD,and PYR says that they can tailor make any size SPD.Which I translate into ,they can set it to make a higher percentage of the required size per run,there will still be off sizes but much less of it.

they did sign a NDA with Rolls Royce for AM powder when they first started out on the NexGen project.just saying.

I thought the same thing but PYR did specifically say it was a North American OEM and Rolls Royce is not North American
