@CndnBacon As discussed ad nauseum, the AMF is accusing the CEO of settling a debt PYR had with the CEOs Fathers company, at a reduced settlement, while having Power of Attorney and signing authority for his father, that benefitted PYR and it's Shareholders....at least that's how I understand it...no victims, no fraud, clear benefit for shareholders, yet here we are....I hope PYR countersues the AMF and gets the Largest Judgement ever awarded against the AMF

My response to DieppeDangler and indirectly to CndnBacon:  "@dalesio_98  @DieppeDangler "Thanks CndnBacon, appreciate the context."    CndnBacon is entitled to his opinion, wrong as it may be. BTW, the decision is positive for PCI as they continue with Osler as legal counsel. As for the AMF, they cannot be held liable for following their mandate. Suggest ...more
