Mellon Trust
Delasio,
can you tell me if there is a maximum of shares the broker can sell per day
on behalf of the Trust ?
Is 50000 the maximum per day?
If so, is it written somewhere?
It was not stipulated in the Form 45-102F1 you posted.

The trust has sold 50,000 shares in one day on literally dozens of occasions in the last two years. They have never sold more. Not once.

The trust sold 50,000 shares on 4 of the 5 days in the last week. On Tuesday, the trust only sold 34,700 shares. Today the trust sold 50,000 shares at $0.967. They were selling early today. The trust is selling as many as it can as fast as it can. Pascali is concerned he might lose his case. Under Qubec civil law, trusts are protected.

TamTamTantrum, We KNOW about the selling of shares owned by the Trust, how much and at what price. It'public knowledge and we get the info posted here whenever it's available. As far as your opinions on why and the intentions of PPP for doing so, you're completely off the tracks. It's bonkers. Trumped-up stories, like that orange guy likes to tell them down south. TOCKY8008
