Is it time to have a 10 to 1 split to make it cheap for

retailers? $8.57/share you will have 10 X as many shares, then the stock eventually goes back up again as per investors' psychology...

There's been no word about an option to convert, which is disconcerting.  If one cannot convert, I imagine the discount to NAV would become even greater?
