Bitcoin Fund Units Class A T.QBTC

The Bitcoin Fund (the Fund) is a Canada-based closed-ended investment fund. The investment objectives of the Fund are to seek to provide unitholders of the Fund with exposure to the digital asset bitcoin (bitcoin) and the daily price movements of the United States dollar price of bitcoin, and the opportunity for long-term capital appreciation. The Fund invests in long-term holdings of bitcoin, purchased from reputable bitcoin trading platforms and OTC counterparties, in order to provide investors with an alternative to a direct investment in bitcoin.

RE:RE:Help please: QBTC Trading Price is below its Net Asset ValueYeah I think if I can park the emotional reaction I'm really starting to think this will get resolved in a smart way quite soon... Remember that these fund managers are extremely financially motivated to retain and grow AUM... As unit holders we have rock solid rights to the bitcoin held per unit (minus a 1.95% annual fee). Putting these two notions together along with the reality of a quickly approaching annual redemption date - You can bet management has a fire under their ars to make things right (incentivize a return to NAV) or it's AUM will get decimated on June 15 when holders take back their bitcoin equivalent in USD at NAV.
