I caught this. Just confirmed what we all know. Did say if this was baseball we'd be in 3rd inning. Also said the move to N was actually the beginning of the Co and some reference to early vsx days being the equivalent of the financing typically associated with a N listing which is why there was not a financing done on the listing. You're making the same mistake B2B does   Current cash balances reflect many things including warrant proceeds, reduced debt, reduced accounts payable,  increased inventory, increased prepaid expenses, etc. Working capital should be the measure to monitor.  quote=Carlito3311]If its 30mm in cash, that means a big chunk of warrants went unexercised..they should have 40 ...more

Co. is servicing some larger Florida areas from Jacksonville location. When it gets a foothold in these areas will open retail locations.

Co now has a 3 prong approach to acquistions based on target size:    1) sub $5 million, even sub $1 million    2) $5 - $20 million       3) $30 - 60 Million

One big cost synergy with acquistions is bad debt expense. Small operators do not have the time or resources to collect from insurers.
