Where did Raymond James say it and then redact the statement

I always believed where there's a little smoke there's fire. Perhaps an Insider accidentally said something and it wasn't supposed to be used and that's why they redacted it.

Thanks for the info. Maybe the company didn't object so much to the statement the analyst made about doing an equity raise. Perhaps it was just the price and timing of the offering. It is inevitable but only the price and timing is the big question here. Imho I think the company is aiming for as high a price as possible to do it at  which I agree wholely with.

I don't think you'll see an equity raise unless the cost of borrowed money rises significantly but I think we will see a repeat of a share & cash purchase of another significant acquisition plus a tuck in or two along the way. Yes the small float with any amount of buying can really move the needle. Shares and cash for the right deal make a lot of sense especially with an ever increasing share price. This is good as any equity raise. I wonder how much room is left on their shelf registration statement? I have not been keeping up with their filings.

I would agree with everything you said except for I would change the word "buying" to "selling". In order to convince the many longs to sell their large positions buyers have to scare the bejesus out of them ie knocking share price down by constantly selling small amounts into the bid. The whole idea is to end every session with a sell signal. This is what makes technical ...more

Good point. If you are brave enough to trade this stock you should buy at day end and get up early the next day. Problem is low volume at days end which would make you a nickel and imer doing this. I would not do it as the reward is pretty small compared to just owning and holding and forgetting about it which I have done until recently. I dont post much as I have just been sitting in a holding ...more

Yup..Bentski is a buy hold genius. Holding the old Dalsin and Greene play Convalo from its begiinnings over 7 years ago all the way down to it's recent delisting. Just read his bullboard history. No wonder after 7 years as a member he only has 24 likes. Nothing to add.  In the markets you need to buy low and sell high. Know when to get in and know when to get out/take profits, plus play ...more
