It would be best for volume to not pick up and for sp to fall further during the course of the NCIB.

I suspect we may observe a new price floor over the coming months. Anytime the stock price hits it, management will execute a trade for their daily cap of ~7,500 shares. Over time, anyone wanting to sell at that price will get weeded out of the market.
