This pre rally definetly had retail pile in only to give the pro's a shorting opportunity of 40 cent spred! Fooled me too! 

Secondly the pro's know QTRH progress in waaaay more detail and knew their little window of 2 weeks was safe to short! Something stinks here! nsider info is not so sacred anymore, it's so corrupt no matter where you look!

This is playing out exactly as the 2016 rally.  Hit just above $3, consolidated back to the 50 DMA around 2.75.  Quarterhill then had good annual and first quarter results amd the stock traded up to $4. I expect the same to happen here.  50% return on new money invested with little downside risk.  The stock is trading at cash + IRD value.  Patents and Apple case
