After Apple, QTRH must be split into 2 separate companies
...Either Wilan is sold to the highest bidder, or Wilan is spun off to QTRH shareholders (tax free), allowing QTRH shareholders to decide themselves if they wish to remain invested in both, or not.
The ITS business should get a much larger valuation as a pure play, likely creating immediate additional value for QTRH shareholders.
Selling Wilan makes most sense, as additional cash would be raised to fund ITS (over and above any Apple award/ settlement) or could be returned to shareholders via NCIB (or special issuer bid) or dividends.
Anyone with a meaningful number of QTRH shares should let QTRH management know their thoughts.

Yes! I would think we could sell it (WILAN) to a big tech player they would avoid litigation for copyright and or could battle it out with other Big Tech. It would inject much welcome cash that could be tevinvested immediately into the IRD - ITS pure play!!! (Cheering)

Bring back the two Dicks to organize us and put the board on notice. Or Start a change.org petition, market it as best you can and get as many shareholders signatures and tally up the shares.

You missed the point entirely. 2 separate companies that are directly owned by current QTRH shareholders.

My preference is for a divestiture. In any event, the CAFC ruling on the Apple case will provide valuation guidance either way.

Astutein, I'm not sure what Quarterhill ITS means except it was on the HBSC loan document for the ETC acquisition financing.
