Not sure I'd be relying too much on the courts in Germany coming up with something wonderful. Signs from Germany lately look like Germany may be more corrupt and buyable than the US.

I don't have the time or energy to familiarize myself with his pov on vaccines onlygame. That seems to be his cause now. It's not mine. QTRH won against Nvidia in Germany on the same Infineon patents being asserted against Apple. It's significant leverage to secure a comprehensive agreement imo.

Any particular reason why? I say it's better to pin your hopes on March. That way, you'll get a very nice surprise if it happens earlier, and you won't be dissapointed and get impatient if it doesn't :)

Because four months is plenty for a case that is actually not that difficult. The final $$$ is the only complicated aspect.

A successful decision in GERMANY re our Polaris patents or a comprehensive settlement will serve a double for Wi-Lan. With the Marvell license and comprehensive settlement if it occurs, this will increase the value of WiLan.(IMO)

Happy New Year a well Cabbie! Yes, I'm still around, checking in fairly regularly - I just don't have a lot to post that isn't already being said most of the time. Life's short, right? Thanks for the "quick" and excellent summary on the German cases. I think you've provided a very plausible scenario for what may be happening right now. BOL!
