Judge while confirming Apple infringement, sent the case back to trial re damages.  People feel another 2 years of delays probable.

The over rection bc courts ruled for new damages trial But everyone expected like hundreds of millions. To boot, publicly available court filings were posted at 10:25am @ a sp of 2.53 and by the time they halted we lost 10.88% of market cap. Amatour hour since we don't seems to have anybody handling relations or news??? But as always "anal-ists crawled out of the woodwork and woala $3.80

Unbelieveable !  You don't even watch your own investment, then expect someone else to update you on it? Do your own homework, like everyone else. Use the ignore button, and go to the QRTH, IRD, and ETC websites.
