WHAT A STINKER MAN.

This guy  just cant seem to start swinging back up despite volume tapering off and shorts covering.   looks like it was a very real REPRICING by wall street

Other REITs

Need them to go a bit higher and Rei back to 17.00 I wanna swap. This underperformance will recalibrate at some point. Seen it with HR when it went to low 9s, moved back up fast

1) they probably won't buy 100% of larger assets..just increase % ownership and get operating control..they will bring in a pension fund or lifeco with Riocan owning 50%+ and being the operator ...more

Judge turned down equity holders agreement setting path for HBC assets to be liquidated.  Expect Rio Can to be primed to take HBC out in certain core holdings..given lack of time and RioCan ...more

Short interest was at 4.05 million in feb  and has now dropped to 2.53 million as per Yahoo finance info.  GLTA
