RIOCAN too big to fail.

retail is a good sector to be in, somewhat immune to tariffs and not office....only risk is a bad recession but I think well side step that one way or another

Selling my RRSP reits one at a time and rotating in REI.UN. Close to 7% dividend and a quick 5-10% snap back potential sooner rather than later 9x FFO multiple....

While I know they don't have crystal ball they should have heard rumors about the bankruptcy months ago.  Why go all in on a 100m NCIB and raise dividend. That's what bothers me.

Not sure they're running it like other REITs that just buy daily for a year. Seems like the run in Feb was just deploying free capital temporarily. Does anyone think it's running now?

STILL lots of sellers. I know PMZ has 1/2 or 1/3 the exposure to the BAY but their SP is up 2% since the HBC bankrupcy while this is getting hosed!
