Im ready to get more aggressive as it goes from $17.20 to $16.50.....going to keep buying on the way down and my nuclear option of selling one of my other 9 reits if they hold their current value ...more

Sell-off not based on anything rational..most investors don't understand how real estate works and are scared in absence of certainty so they sell..people who have spent enough time in real estate ...more

16s should be the bottom.. If it gets there

5 year low... Lots of support. Dividend at 7%> and the affo and NAV loss is not proportional to the 400m to 500m market cap decline.

Initially there was no reaction to the bankruptcy but came when riocan provided  the formal update $1.30 shaved off in 4 days straight I think $17.00 and under will some heavy buying....unless ...more

IMO

I dont think the market cares about the court details about getting some rent for a few months, keeping a few stores open, or their loan back.  its probably the bigger picture of the capital ...more
