MAKING BIGGER BUYS DOWN HERE.

Sub 17.50 its game with bigger ones closer to $16.xx handle.  Market didnt sell them off on zellers or target but I guess the sector iis just toxic nowadays

NCIB

These guys blew almost 100m on the NCIB at 18.50ish last month despite having some insights into hudsons pay struggles via loans etc and  could have used those funds to mop up alot of shares here ...more

post earnings and dividend bump it looked like $20+ would be the new settling price...now racing back to 52 week lows

RIOCAN may have an egg on face here.

Sure things happen and they cant control tennant bankrupcties but basic risk management that was in clear sight for some time should have been mitigated, not to put stress on the shareprice or ...more

Put stink bid -15 CAD ( long-term support , was confirmed two times 2020 and 2009) , distribution will be around 8% with no growth in nearest future . No rush to start position.

$17-17.50

Thats a good price which is well overdone for the FFO and NAV bite in a bad scenario.  About 300-400mm shaved off market cap in a couple days as we approach $17.00

hbc average rent paid $4.50/sq.ft.

worst case scenario rei is at 96% occupancy with 850,000 sqft  to  find new tenants at at least double those rates
