Why would anyone want to start a new manufacturing unit in Canada if they will have tariffs? It will largely impact industrial reits. Canadian GDP is expected to shrink more than 6% if US put tariffs ...more

I think right now Trump Tariffs on Canada is affecting reits. But retail and residential reits will be least impacted by Tariffs. Industrial reits will suffer

they have already proven this year they can get low rates and still even lower going forward , so that  u.s 10 year bond dragging canadian reits down  is just non sensical
