Good results but no one seems to be interested in reits even though 5 year bond yield is at 3%. Where is the common sense? Even though I am happy to buy and collect and reinvest my dividends

Weird performance of reits
5 year bond yield at almost 3%. BoC expected to cut interest rates to 3% by middle of next year. My prediction is 2.5% by end of next year or mid of 2026. And still Reits underpermance does not make
