I heard the sector wont attract money without FFO/AFFO growth, and its expected to be flat for most reits in coming years due to higher debt renewals, but yeah that doesnt explain why this garbage

This is one of the most safe dividend stock with payout ratio around 60%. All Reits are struggling for no reason. BoC rate with be atleast 3.5% or lower by end of next year. Possible reasons of
