RE:RE:Expect Riocan to buy some assets soon1) they probably won't buy 100% of larger assets..just increase % ownership and get operating control..they will bring in a pension fund or lifeco with Riocan owning 50%+ and being the operator where they will make fees
2);for smaller assets the purchase price can be d9ne with 50% debt and rest from balance sheet and the $1bn LOC they have had set up for years for a day like this
