Question for the board...

So when the vaccine becomes available for the average person, who amongst us will get the vaccine?  The safety profile hasn't been proven.  Basically, the vaccine will be rolled out on an emergency basis and the general population will be the actual clinical trial.

We have a long way to go still.  Businesses will have a hard time paying the rent for some time to come.  Or maybe landlords will be willing to lower their rent/ lease?  Pain is still ahead of us, imo.

I think the price drops tomorrow. Don't fall in love with this.

Don't forget to put your stop limits.  We have very little data on vaccine, How long it last? How long it gives immunity?

Some history:  Back in 2003 during SARS 1, a vaccine was rushed.  I personally know 2 people who became paralyzed from the neck down for over 6 weeks following the vaccine.  They both recovered but the anxiety and fear was there bc they didn't know if they would be able to move again.   This disease is SARS 2 and another rushed vaccine.  It seems safe short-term. ...more

Covids over now you bum, there was more YTD deaths in canada in 2019 versus 2020. Figure that during the worst pandemic in a century.  Governments are feeding this fear mongering narrative, the question is why?

I will get it. If I had a choice I would take the Astra Zeneca or J/J shot. They are more traditional. All the shots produce T cells. That's all you need for long term protection. mRNA is new technology but if I was over 60 and unhealthy, I would take my chances. Those under 60 can be more choosey  Their is no vaccine that needs a booster every year. Maybe every 7-10 years. Flu shot ...more

The ones being distributed first are Pfizer and Moderna. More so Moderna in the immediate term. You store at -15 to -25 but can last 30 days @ 2-8C. Will still ship on dry ice.  If you wanna buy shares (if they exist). Praxair as they are going to be hit hard for dry ice supply. Cryopak is another one that will be hit for DI shippers.

First off the vaccine will help not hinder.  We cant shut down forever regardless of the covid outcome.  Shutting down is a measure taken as to not overwhelm the hospitals.  We know all this this, we just over think it sometimes.  I expect some volatility tomorrow and will probably pick up some shares.  i have personally walked the entire Shoppers world Brampton property ...more

reitguy, i dont believe in that hospital narrative anymore. This isnt March 2020, governments had 8 months and billions of dollars to prepare.  They could have had field hopstials, military help, etc.  They are locking us down cause they are s$$clowns and the doctors in charge are nut jobs that cannot think of any consequences outside of covid anymore
