BOLD PREDICTION

RIOCAN will be $22 by summer. No way there will be pressure on REITS when everything is reopen in April and the entire at risk population is vaccinated.   Come April Covid will be YESTERDAYS news. Even doomsday Fauci says by the fall they will return to NORMAL!!

I dont know what snake said and I dont care really... but REI yield is not too low by ANY standards, any stock with a sustainable 5% + yield is great ! There are so many stocks with yields of 2 and 3%... with shares in the 40's and 50's... I think REI is going to do fine, its not going to be a straight line upwards, but they will continue to collect 90% plus rents. All we can go by are the ...more

Dumbest comment of the day... bep, lower yield, Fortis, lower yield, hr, lower yield, sobeys, Canadian tire, apple, ... the list goes on and on.... do a five-year chart of GRT. Un.. 3.8% yield, yet the stock climbs and climbs.... hundred of top tier companies with lower or even zero yield.. when there is zero payout and good earnings the money goes into their bank account to be used for expansion ...more
