RMP's valuation (per Montney acre and per boepd)

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Cost per Montney well is $5.7 million.

RMP's current Montney production is 2,200 boepd (65% natural gas) based on the latest press release.

RMP's cash exiting year end 2017 (excluding $9m investment in Tangle Creek stock) is about $24 million given that the sum is $33 million, according to the latest press release.

Current Enterprise Value is $95 million.

So RMP trades at $43,000 per boepd and $1,800 per Montney acre given that it holds 54,000 net Montney acres. Correct?

SK, the pricing in my last post reflects the recent tightening in general NA markets for both oil and gas.  My point is that oily/liquids rich producing Montney assets today are worth more per boed than Sep 1st and that the rise in RMP sp reflects that reality.  My musings are only worth the price of the envelope I scratch on.  The Q3 report should provide much more solid info and ...more
