Bye, Roxy. Glad to have known you.

Bye, Roxy. Glad to have known you.
Votes for the take-under deal were almost 212 million, those against 38 million. 84.8 % vs 15.2 %.

The directors were all elected, the withold rate a little under 9 % mostly.

So I was on the "losing side" in this sport, but count myself lucky in having gotten out, mostly in the $2.20 area. I did manage to snag as high as $2.30 for my last batch of 3000 shares. This was an interesting little company and I made some decent money playing some swings over the last few years. I will genuinely miss "her".

I'll keep half an eye on un-Fortuna-te every few months but trying to re-duplicate the past is usually a disappointment or so I've found. I've moved on to Skeena and even (I blush to admit) a few Sabina for my smaller cap names. GLTA.
