Read the play ladies and gentlemen... Cuba is next in line after South Africa for Russian oil, and they' won't just be sanctioned/embargoed by the United States, it'll be by the rest of NATO too... 10 cents again afterwards if you're lucky.

Hmmm China and India have been sucking back Russian oil hard and there's been zero mention of sanctions on them.. just thought I would point that out.
