Commentary on Fort Saskatchewan/Management of FS

This is not the first time that commentary has shown up out of the Fort Saskatchewan refinery complaining about management.  The problem is that a lot of the commentary comes from disgruntled former employees and their friends angry about being let go.  I think the refinery was run with too much staff for years and as management has made efforts to change the culture and productivity of the refinery they have dislodged alot of lifers.  I could be wrong about this but I've had enough contact with some of these former employees to be suspicious of this.  They are vehement.
