Patents

PatentsSo we have 9 patent grants and 13 others filed as of the recent 10k filing. I noticed in the patent program summary that the patent filed in May regarding processing HPA has an asterisk. The attached note states that this final patent application was published on Dec 2/21, this is way earlier than the typical 18 months. It's my understanding that a filer can request early publication because you can claim pre issue royalties if the patent is granted. I'm going to contact management to confirm if they requested early publication. There are also an additional 2 patents not yet publicly disclosed.  Are these new filings an improvement over the original HPA process? More bread crumbs from Putnam? It seems to me that things are progressing nicely in Nevada.
