KMS will cost 12 billion to develop, if Sea can ever get access thru Tud claims, Tud can carry on unencumbered and Mine there claim without Sea so why Merge?

No, Seabridge is trying to pull in a copper miner to do all the work. Thus, Seabridge must declare copper as a separate revenue...otherwise Seabridge would be using the same terminology. No "

Combining copper with gold to up the grade is silly. The copper is a by product used to reduce operating costs IF IT IS RECOVERABLE and the last data from TUD indicates most of the Treaty Creek copper
